    I respond to posts from other players too.


    I was aiming to assist and, as you know, the forum is open to all players to comment within the rules.


    I haven't had any prolonged delays with responses to emails sent via support@lionmoon.com so was going to suggest that might work for you.


    I suspect, however, that there will be many emails to work through concerning the rule change on troop transfers, hence why the support / admin team will be very busy right now.


    With respect, we just all need to wait our turn rather than jump the queue by messaging a member of support / admin directly / privately.
