Hi Mystic,
When you say the 'email game support system', what do you mean? For example, are you referring to the 'report' button within the forum or the facility to email the admin team / support team on support@lionmoon.com?

I respond to posts from other players too.
I was aiming to assist and, as you know, the forum is open to all players to comment within the rules.
I haven't had any prolonged delays with responses to emails sent via support@lionmoon.com so was going to suggest that might work for you.
I suspect, however, that there will be many emails to work through concerning the rule change on troop transfers, hence why the support / admin team will be very busy right now.
With respect, we just all need to wait our turn rather than jump the queue by messaging a member of support / admin directly / privately.
