Il supporto è veramente una VERGOGNA ! NUOVA SPARIZIONE DI PIETRE AMBRA

    Il giorno 4 maggio avevo scritto un messaggio che mi erano sparite diverse pietre ambra.
    NESSUNO DEL SUPPORTO O DEI MODERATORI MI HA RISPOSTO O CONTATTATO.


    Oggi 20 maggio me ne sono sparite altre 8.
    Dal giorno 4 maggio, che ne avevo 6, ad oggi le avevo messe tutte da parte, e stamattina ne avevo 19.
    Adesso in serata ne ho 12 !!!.


    NON SONO ERRORI CASUALI, sono VOLUTAMENTE SOTTRAZIONI DA PARTE DEL SERVIZIO, per costringerti a comperare le pietre. VERGOGNATEVI !

    Infatti la sparizione è avvenuta in concomitanza con l'offerta di sconto del 30% delle pietre ambra.
    SIETE RIDICOLI !

    Il fatto che nessuno dei moderatori risponda è indice di incompetenza e di pessima professionalità.


    Per chi legge questo messaggio, contatevi le vostre pietre, e vedrete che in occasione delle offerte ve ne mancheranno diverse.

    Azz, senza parole, innanzitutto lo sconto era sulle pietre turchesi, non sulle ambra. La scomparsa dei turchesi avviene perchè c'è un limite di edifici, truppe e investigazioni che si possono mettere in coda che corrisponde a 3 o a 2 a seconda se hai attivato delle benedizioni. Se hai fatto questa cosa volutamente o a causa di un tasto che si è inceppato in nessun modo ti verranno restituiti i turchesi

    Hi TUTUC, sorry for answering in English, but maybe I can explain the issue with amber stones you report.


    Apart from the Tzolkin whell, amber stones are used for building and upgrading the Quetzal Palace. To check the amount of amber stones required for each level, just click on the Quetzal Palace buidling. It will open up a window, and on the left you will find the amount of all resources you need for the next upgrade, including amber stones. For examle, to build the 1st level, you need 4 amber stones; for the 2nd level, you need 6 amber stones, etc.
