We have become aware of a problem with payments via SMS and phone failing to credit turquoises for some players during the past few days. We are currently investigating this issue together with our sms/phone provider, and as a preventive measure while we work on this, we have disabled phone/sms payments in all countries and servers.
Any turquoises not yet credited will be credited as soon as we find a resolution to this issue, most likely within the next 24-48 hours.
We are very sorry for the inconveniences that this have caused and hope to resolve this problem as soon as possible. We will update this thread as soon as we have more information.
