[Resolved] Issues with Phone/SMS payments

    We have become aware of a problem with payments via SMS and phone failing to credit turquoises for some players during the past few days. We are currently investigating this issue together with our sms/phone provider, and as a preventive measure while we work on this, we have disabled phone/sms payments in all countries and servers.


    Any turquoises not yet credited will be credited as soon as we find a resolution to this issue, most likely within the next 24-48 hours.


    We are very sorry for the inconveniences that this have caused and hope to resolve this problem as soon as possible. We will update this thread as soon as we have more information.

  • Update: All pending payments between July 4th-9th have now been processed and the corresponding turquoises granted. Payments via Phone/SMS will remain disabled for now as we continue to investigate what caused this issue together with our provider. Thank you again for your patience on this matter.

  • Final update: The issue has been resolved and phone/SMS payments are now operational again as usual. We thank you once again for your patience and understanding while we worked on this, and rest assured we will take measures to prevent this issue from occurring again in the future.
