    One of the better charts I have seen. But it is still a rough guide, and that should be specified. A 5-to-1 ratio of quips to troops lowers these numbers.

    Level 5 is telling - only half the Atlants but Atlants cost almost three times more than Jags. Not a good return on the investment in Atlants.
