I've had the same problem with my hotmail adress, so gave them my g-mail that worked, still don't get most e-mails others to get but why complain, fixing is not their thing, sorry to say
speedserver and merged one, both with the same glitches, reported couple of times, no answer

Das Spiel akzeptiert nicht alle Adressen.
Web.de, GMX und viele andere Urgesteine sind da raus. Andere Mailanbieter werden problemlos akzeptiert.
Warum die Mannheimer das nicht fixen oder zumindest kommunizieren, welche E-Mail-Ambieter nicht akzeptiert werden, ist mir unbekannt.
