Hello everyone, I'm one of members of the team in-house that works in Tentlan. Lighea87 has informed me about the recent controversy and concerns and I thought I would chime in; unfortunately my italian is non-existent so I will write in english, hopefully someone can translate later From what I can gather so far, this is what happened:Players Imperatore and MOLOKvsZOLOK were caught abusing different secondary accounts to gain resources and troops quickly, and were thus banned permanently (as the game rules do not allow this behaviour). We have the evidence that suggests that these players were knowingly and repeatedly abusing of their secondary account. In the case of MOLOKvsZOLOK it was, in addition, the second time that this player got caught abusing multiple accounts, as this player had been banned before under the name MOLOK-ZOLOK. This player has since registered a third time as "VANI is BACK".
Player Imperatore was offered a second chance, on the condition that he returned the resources and troops that he obtained from his secondary account. For this purpose we offered this player to send the owed resources/troop to the account "Lighea87". This is is an administration account that is not involved in-game and used exclusively to assist players in-game. Because Imperatore owed millions of resources and the account of "Lighea87" was not developed, we increased the warehouse level to 35 in order to be able to receive what was owed in this account. The sudden increase in the warehouse level caused the account to increase in points as well, from ~800 to ~28.000.
Players Imperatore and MOLOKvsZOLOK (now MOLOKvsZOLOK), unhappy with being banned and determined to spread conspiracy theories, pointed at the warehouse level and points increase in the account of "Lighea87" as "proof" of corruption.
While we can understand the situation was confusing, there was never an instance of corruption, and as a proof of this we have removed the warehouse from the "Lighea87" account and as you can see it is down again to 878 points, as it was before. Imperatore will be advised to send what he owes to another administration account instead. To add to the story, as Lighea87 has expressed here, she is involved as a player in Tentlan under a different account name (since "Lighea87" is used for official purposes only) but even then she has no access or powers to do or see beyond what a normal player can do. I can only confirm that this is indeed the case and *if* she wanted to be corrupted she would need to have the approval of several of us from the team (which would never happen) before taking any corruption action.I hope this helps to understand a bit what happened. If after this information you choose to believe it is all lies and there is corruption then we cannot help you, as there is no more information about what happened other than what I share in this post. But if you do believe that a team member is corrupted you can send us any time an email to support@lionmoon.com with your proof (this address reaches not just Lighea, but everyone from the team) and we will happily review it.
TRADUZIONE:
