    Много неприятна ситуация.

    Не зная подробности, но изглежда в случая забраната на акаунта е единственият възможен вариант, за да не се причинят повече щети, докато се изясни случаят.


    Променен ли е мейлът, с който първоначално е регистриран акаунта? И верифициран ли е? Когато опитахте да възстановите паролата през сайта, получихте ли мейл (може да е и в папка Спам)? Възможно е да е сменена само паролата, но не и пощата.

    Ако ползвате абв е много вероятно да ви е хакната и пощата. В този случай изпратете на админите на Тентлан комуникацията със съпорта на абв и им дайте нов мейл, към който да пренасочат акаунта. Но дори и да сте към друг, сменете си паролите.

    Ако имате активност към друг сървър на Тентлан или Анокрис по същото време (докато чуждият играч е във вашия акаунт, но все още не е баннат), изпратете им сървър, ник и часови диапазон, така че да проверят с какво IP сте играли вие и с какво е другият играч.
