prntscr.com/obq73s creo que lo unico que se puede llegar a esperar cuando se pregunta o pasa algún fallo la mayoría de veces es ver a los admins conectados pero sin contestar a nada.
Luego ya si hablamos del tema soporte del juego mas de lo mismo tardan en responder 2 días mínimo para algo importante,como es meter dinero al juego y que no te den tus turquesas al instante que tengas que estar contactando con ellos para que te las den.
Después fusiones que tienen que estar los jugadores pidiéndolas ya que el propio juego les da igual que haya solo 20 jugadores activos o menos en un servidor que a lo mejor esos 20 jugadores son de la misma tribu y lo único que esperan es que lo fusionen para poder jugar no tener que irse a otro servidor para poder continuar jugando a un juego que prefieren la inactividad que tener jugadores.
Errores pequeños en el juego que por muchas veces que se lo digas por el foro o soporte vía correo electrónico les da lo mismo que los errores seguirán ahí.
Ahora la mejor pregunta ....
¿tenemos de rival al propio juego también?
Un saludo espero que algún administrador sea capaz de responder al menos a esto por que creo que es la descripción ahora mismo de lo que pasa en vuestro juego sin contar a los jugadores tóxicos que no se banean.
