We have been made aware of technical issues affecting our SMS and Phone payment processor since last night that are preventing us from crediting transactions in-game. These issues are currently being worked on and our current estimate is 2-3 days until things come back to normal. In the meantime we have disabled SMS and phone payments. No purchases have been lost, but purchases made via these methods between 14.03 04:00 GMT+1 and 14.03 19:10 GMT+1 are currently on hold, that is, you will receive your turquoises in 2-3 days once the issues are resolved and the payment processor relays the purchase data to us as usual again.
