Notifications

As the title is the same i'm reusing this thread.

I would be nice if we can have browser desktop notification like Facebook does (or other website) when an event happen and you are on another site... to relauch production by example or react to an attack...

Hope that's the team will like the idea (or already think about it) and that it will come soon
