I received 2 bonuses from quests both are 10% 1 for warehouse increase and 1 for cacao production I even tried to reboot the game and it was a nogo, do the bonuses stack ?.

Most bonuses do stack, the example you give (cacao production + warehouse space) should work just fine. There are exceptions to the rule, for example, bonuses granted by items acquired in the item shop do not stack if they are of the same type (e.g. if you buy a Xacau bracelet, it replaces other Xacau items previously active, so you get a 20% bonus regardless what was active before). But bonuses obtained as rewards in quests should stack just fine.
