No idea how long you've been playing grandpa, but not all want to spend time on sending mails over and over
inactives shouldn't stay in tribe anyway, most keep them for points, we got the same policy, not active for a week, without telling, gets kicked
Starting a new tribe is the easiest and least time consuming. There is a formal procedure for having a tribe leader removed from the tribe, but it is very cumbersome and requires the intervention of every other tribe member in a 'democratic' election. And it takes time.

yes you do, start a new tribe, and if the leader would quit again, that person should have the common sense to warn all in tribe and give the reigns to somebody else, if (s)he would've left the first admin would get the title
they all should be 'war 'servers but the peace servers .... Rogue you would be good on a peace server, I've seen you playing and crying after attack

speedserver and merged one, both with the same glitches, reported couple of times, no answer

you have to choose, the one you don't take, delete it so you don't have multiple accounts
ap is 'all protection' something you get when the server merged, for 48hrs, after that you can buy it, but that's just an option
When you look at forum go to the thread about the mergers, click on the correct link, enter your old info, and you should be fine. Your cities will be scattered and you will have no more ap to start with. Hope this helps.
You clicked on the link of a new server. This only works when you were playing on one of those merged servers of course.
we lasted 'till this merge, they could give us a useful event, just saying

and yes it's a 'special' server, but if they can have diff events on the speedserver at times, they should be able to do the same on the freshly merged ones

they go to the winning attacker, not defender, never did
for barbs you need others in your tambo if you use jags, with atlants you can do them on your own... I have a mix of them but mostly go for atlants, faster in attacks, carry enough etc
Makes no difference, if you attack and win, you get the Amazons of the defeated player. If you attack and lose, everyone loses all of their Amazons. And if you win, Amazons are not split between players, they all go to the player who was attacking.

luck is very random, did tambo-attacks with all at same level and all with fire, still we had diff % in luck... sorry don't know the answer
warbuilds? Those work individual per player, even in tambo.
