is there a way to making the Observatory's in newer citys better at helping in research, Time and Resources? Sooner. LIke 2nd city takes 10% off ,than 3rd take 30% etc.
Currently each Observatory behaves indepedently when it comes to its bonus so that the bonus being applied when something is being researched depends on the city where the research was started, but I can understand this isn't very useful in practice. We'll see what we can do about this.
