Vacation Mode

    I have entered Vacation Mode and cannot get or log back into my account. Can someone please tell me how i can have this fixed?

    Bonjour , le mode vacances est au minimum 48h sans pouvoir se connecter , si c'est au delà , il y a un problème , tu peu te déconnecter complètement , et redémarrer ton ordinateur , si le problème persiste , envoie un message au support , cela m'est déjà arrivé et grâce au support , j'ai récupéré mon compte .

    I have now sent THREE messages to support and not one person has either responded to or even tried to help me. And if this is the way they treat their customers, i give up. Thank you for your response though Titi

    Bonjour Hanami , en se qui me concerne , cela à mis plus d'une semaine pour que j'ai une réponse du support , j'ai reçu un lien par émail sur lequel il fallait cliqué , ce lien n'est valable que pour une courte durée , prend ton mal en patience , tout va s'arranger , bonne journée à toi .

    Yeah i have tried both asking support for help and also tried 3 times to do the "forgotten password" link thing, and it says it sent an email to my email address, but all 3 times no email has ever been received at my email address, so i'm thinking seeing as though no support has been forthcoming, i might as well show their game the exact same respect, so i quit. Should never have played it in the first place. I spent so much time and effort for them just to throw me out of the game, just because i had to have a 2 day break. Just a waste of my time.
