If you’re the one doing the attack then you have to cancel then wait for the troops to come back before activating VM…

If your being attacked then you can activate VM whenever but any attacks or spy’s sent before will still hit your city

no cooldown to go under vm, but can't have troops in tambo nor anything else going on in your activity

no movements, no troops in others tambos! Got it! Does anyone have a clue as to what type of research improves troop strength, reduce build time and costs??? Been searching forever! Not only research but what buildings need upgrades for research improvements, population growth and stability, etc... asking for many friends
