The support button in the forum is now a link to support@lionmoon.com, because the previous form was giving us problems (some reports did not arrive). Reporting can be reported as always, just by writing an email to support@lionmoon.com instead of using the form. In the future we plan to integrate a system to report directly in the game, which would be ideal.

The support tab on the forums does not work for me either. It does not directly link me to support@lionmoon.com. It takes me to my default browser homepage.

Genica, check whether you have disabled links in your browser. For instance, as a security feature, some browsers prevent a webpage from automatically redirecting to a new page. You can normally disable that feature for some or all websites.

This is system-dependent and can always behave differently. On some systems, the default mail program is opened with an e-mail. There can be written directly. Other systems offer a selection of on-line e-mail systems, which must also be available. The solution is therefore not really useful. An idea would be to create a contribution and link it there. In the post then the mail address is directly readable. System-dependent problems can be circumvented in this way.
